These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AJPlate mobile application and related services ("AJPlate" or "the Platform"). By registering, accessing, or using AJPlate, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
AJPlate is a digital marketplace designed to facilitate the listing, buying, and selling of number plates between individual users (Consumer-to-Consumer "C2C").
AJPlate is not a broker, auction house, financial institution, or payment intermediary.
AJPlate does not mediate, guarantee, validate, or oversee any transaction between users.
All communications, negotiations, payments, and agreements occur directly between the buyer and seller, independent of AJPlate.
AJPlate does not guarantee the availability, legitimacy, ownership, or accuracy of any number plate listed on the Platform.
AJPlate is owned, operated, and domiciled in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising from or related to the Platform shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
The courts of the UAE shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes.
AJPlate may only be used by individuals aged 18 years or older.
Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or using any feature of the Platform.
AJPlate reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account suspected of being operated by a minor.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is accurate and up to date.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account login details.
AJPlate is not liable for any misuse of an account due to loss of credentials.
AJPlate is a neutral venue allowing users to list and discover number plates.
AJPlate is not a party to any transaction between users.
AJPlate assumes no responsibility for:
Users engage with one another entirely at their own risk.
AJPlate strongly advises users to exercise caution and perform their own due diligence before completing any transaction.
AJPlate does not verify ownership, authenticity, physical condition, or transfer eligibility of any plate posted on the Platform.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring they are legally allowed to sell or purchase the listed item.
AJPlate bears no liability for fraudulent, inaccurate, or misleading listings.
Payments made within AJPlate (subscriptions, premium listings, evaluation fees, etc.) are processed securely through authorized third-party payment providers.
Payment information is transmitted directly to the payment provider using a secure encrypted connection.
AJPlate does not store full card details or payment credentials.
AJPlate may charge users subscription fees or other service fees to access certain features, including posting listings or using premium tools.
All fees are clearly displayed in the app prior to purchase.
By completing a payment, the user acknowledges full responsibility for the transaction.
Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
By subscribing, users authorize AJPlate to automatically charge their saved payment method monthly for renewal.
Renewal fees are non-refundable, whether or not the service was used during the subscription period.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund the current paid period.
All payments made within AJPlate are final and strictly non-refundable.

AJPlate is not required to issue refunds for any reason, including dissatisfaction, error, or change of mind.
AJPlate offers an optional paid Evaluation Service, allowing users to request an estimated market valuation for their number plate.
All evaluations are approximate and based on market trends, expert judgment, available data, and comparable listings.
Evaluations may be inaccurate and may not reflect actual market conditions.
AJPlate does not guarantee that the estimated value is correct, achievable, or accepted by any buyer.
AJPlate is not responsible for:
Evaluation fees are non-refundable, regardless of accuracy or outcome.
By requesting an evaluation, the user accepts full responsibility for how the information is used.
Users agree not to:
Post false, misleading, fraudulent, or illegal listings.
Infringe third-party intellectual property or ownership rights.
Engage in harassment, abuse, threats, or harmful behavior.
Circumvent fees, payments, or app restrictions.
Post duplicate, spam, or deceptive content.
Use AJPlate for any activity prohibited by UAE law.
Users may not list or facilitate:
Stolen or illegally obtained number plates.
Plates they do not legally own or have authority to sell.
Fake, replicated, or tampered plates.
Any content violating UAE laws, public morals, or regulatory rules.
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AJPlate, its owners, employees, and affiliates from:
arising from misuse of the Platform, violations of these Terms, fraudulent activities, or disputes between users.
AJPlate is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
AJPlate shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of user actions or reliance on the Platform.
AJPlate is not responsible for:
Maximum liability of AJPlate, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user within the last 12 months.
AJPlate may integrate third-party tools (payment gateways, analytics, etc.). AJPlate is not responsible for:
AJPlate may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the Platform, or engage in prohibited activities.
AJPlate reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
